Hi, I've come here from a site where nicknames are used, not real ones, so apologies for that.

I am 50, spend most of my time at home reading and occasionally cooking for husband, daughter and mum. Oh, I also play games on my PC quite a lot (deep shame). I read almost anything but my current favourite authors are Robertson Davies, Jasper Fforde, Christopher Brookmyre, Iain Banks and Iain M Banks. I have no aspirations towards writing as I figure at my age if I was going to do it I would have done it. So I'm studying genes instead.
